What's important for us...

1. Economic Exclusion

CADA empowers persons with disabilities by improving their access to income-generating opportunities and financial services. It works to eliminate barriers that prevent them from joining savings groups and receiving credit, promoting financial inclusion and self-reliance.

2. Social Exclusion

The organization advocates for inclusive education and challenges stigma against children with disabilities. It works with communities and schools to create accessible environments and promote equal learning opportunities for all children.

3. Political Exclusion

CADA promotes the inclusion of persons with disabilities in decision-making by supporting their participation in community meetings and governance structures, and helping form PWD groups at the grassroots level.

4. Social Accountability and Good Governance

CADA enhances transparency in public service delivery by engaging citizens in voter education, election observation, and the use of tools like Social Accountability Monitoring (SAM) and Public Expenditure Tracking Systems (PETS).

5. Economic Empowerment

Through training and mentorship, CADA supports marginalized individuals—especially youth, women, and persons with disabilities—to start and manage small businesses, and encourages group saving schemes to promote sustainable livelihoods.

6. Educational Support and Inclusion

CADA works to improve the quality of education by advocating for inclusive teaching practices, better learning environments, and increased access to vocational training for disadvantaged youth and persons with disabilities.
